Wilde on Wild

A few weeks ago I did some filming with CBBC for their Wild series. They followed me on a morning ringing session, right from the minute I got up!

It was a brilliant opportunity to show other children the interesting and important work that the BTO do. I am so grateful for the opportunity to reach so many people and I hope it inspires more younger people to get involved.

If you would like to watch the program, here is my bit:

  4. That was brilliant made me want to try ringing but I think I would struggle with those early starts. Shame about the dodgy duvet lol. But the Firecrest was brilliant, can't believe how many starlings were around too.

  5. I agree with Douglas about the duvet but otherwise it was excellent. Hope others your age are encouraged to get out of bed and start ringing or even some other BTO surveys
    Well done

  10. Well done Findlay, you're a natural in front of the camera, I'm sure that this is just the beginnings of a long and successful career for you, not only in wildlife conservation but TV presenting too. Chris Packham had better watch out, there's a new kid on the block!!...[;o)
