I really like the 3 ducks Findlay. The Whooper Swan is a super image, but the 3 ducks is unique, and you'll probably never get another shot like it. So my vote is for the 3 ducks!
I personally like the Whooper Swan Findlay, though the three ducks are quite something. Its just as interesting to change your header every now and again as it is to post as often as you can, so swap 'em about a bit.
They both work really well as a banner - both brilliant photos - maybe you could have some of your favourite photos running down the side of the page like I've seen on some blogs and good ideas from others who have commented to swap them round a bit - I love the 3 ducks photo - wouldn't mind having a go at painting that one!
Findlay I like both images and the Shelduck, Pintail is unique. I'd go for the ducks. You can always hope to get Whooper, Shelduck and Pintail all together though you might have to wait a long time for that :)
